Traffickontrol.com ships to the lower 48 United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories may be available by special request with custom shipping calculations.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

LTL Ground Freight: Available for most items, with delivery in 2-7 business days.
FedEx/UPS Ground: Available for smaller items, with delivery in 1-5 business days, depending on your location.
FedEx/UPS Expedited: Guaranteed delivery in 1, 2, or 3 days for smaller items.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on distance from the shipping origin, fuel surcharges, item dimensions, weight, and any additional handling fees (e.g., residential or liftgate delivery surcharges).

Free Shipping

Free shipping is offered on select products, clearly marked on our website, or for larger volume orders during promotions.

Handling Shipping Issues

Damaged Shipments: Report damaged items within 5 days of receipt. Provide images of the damage for verification. We will arrange return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund for the damaged items.
Lost or Delayed Packages: Notify us as soon as you suspect a package is lost or delayed. We will reship and file a claim with the carrier if they are responsible. However, we are not liable for lost or stolen items if the carrier provides proof of delivery to the correct address. Customers are responsible for ensuring a secure delivery location or being present for delivery.
