How to Get Sales Tax Exemptions for Your Orders on TrafficKontrol.com

We’re happy to offer sales tax exemptions to qualifying customers who hold valid resale or tax exemption certificates. To get started, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Create a Customer Account

Before you can apply for a tax exemption, you’ll need to create a customer account.

Step 2: Access the Tax Exemptions Tab

Once your account has been created, log in and go to your Account Dashboard.
In the dashboard, look for a tab labeled “Tax Exemptions.” Click on that link.

Step 3: Submit Your Reseller Information

You will be prompted to:

• Enter your State Reseller Tax ID

• Upload a valid Resale or Tax Exemption Certificate

You can repeat this process for multiple U.S. states if you hold exemption certificates for more than one.

Step 4: Review & Approval

Once submitted, our team will review your documents.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the review process.

✅ If Approved:
Sales tax will automatically be removed during checkout when shipping to any approved state.

❌ If Denied:
You will not be able to receive a sales tax exemption and will be charged tax as usual.
